With the new platform, users are able to control inbound shipping costs by setting service limits both by shipping provider and by manufacturer. Manufacturers and wholesalers also now can login to an embedded link that takes them directly to the shipping creation page — removing the need to share account numbers, and thus eliminating the potential for mis-use or accidental re-use of a customer’s account number for a shipment going to a destination other than the customer’s.
A simplified return process enables consumers to login with an RMA#, enter their credit card information to pay for their return and then print out a return label, all without the customer having to touch the return prior to it arriving back in the warehouse.
Customers also have greater visibility into their shipping activity right from the welcome page. Quick ship capabilities enable customers to ship right from their welcome page dashboard. User s also can track their last five shipments and see their top five shi pping destinations.
