The diamond table, which is the largest facet of a diamond, sits on top of a diamond’s crown. Diamond table is measured as a  percentage, and it is essential  to creating sparkle in a diamond. A diamond with a table percentage that is too high or too low or too high will lack its sparkle.
The table percentage is the width of the table divided by the diamond’s diameter.
