Gardner, president, CEO, general counsel of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee is presenting JVC’s All-Star Federal Regulators at a Jewelry Town Hall Meeting at the AGTA GemFair in Tucson, Arizona, Thursday, February 4, 2010, 9 AM -10 AM, Graham Room. Government representatives include: Brad Brooks-Rubin (US State Department); Kelly Phou (US Census); Sandra Stolt (IRS); Julie Vanderslice (FinCEN); Rebecca Lucas (US Customs) and Lisa Dimmick (NRC).
