Vasily Borisovich Grabtsevich has been appointed as Vice President of Russian diamond monopoly Alrosa.
Grabtsevich born May 9, 1950 in the village Nedoyka Buda-Gomel region. In 1972 he graduated from the Tomsk Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in civil engineer.
